As the owner of Relax Today, Claire knows only too well the value of "me time". As a working mother of two young children she understands the challenges and expectations facing women in todays society and would like to see more women embrace "me time" without the guilt that usually accompanies taking time for themselves.

Claire says "Me time" can be hard to get and most of the time we have to reach breaking point before we listen to what our emotions and our bodies are telling us. We are mothers, partners, business owners, homemakers the list goes on. We give 100% emotionally and physically which can be very draining, and this leaves us with little time to work on ourselves. We deserve to take time to relax, recharge and regenerate so that we can remain strong for ourselves and also for those who rely on us."

As well as being a trained and accredited massage therapist, on her professional journey Claire has reached the pinnacle of customer service excellence in her 12 year career as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. Claire understands the value of communicating well and treating her clients to a professional and enjoyable experience. Claire's passion is to increase the awareness of the benefits of massage therapy for women's health and wellbeing. This is the driving force behind Relax Today as seen in the company Mission Statement.
